This recycled tee and ruffle tutu have been mashed together to create a gorgeous flowy poncho that you just throw on and look FABULOUS in!! Sides are open fully except for small stitches on each side to create a mock arm opening. The tee used is a kids! It’s shorter and length but with the ruffle added can fit girls 12 and up and women xs to large!! Wear a sports bra or tank underneath!!
